Baked aubergine with basil topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Insalata Tricolore
Avocado. mozzarella and tomato salad.
Insalata frutti di mare
Mixed leaves topped with seafood salad.
Gamberoni all’ aglio
Tiger prawns cooked with garlic, chilli in olive oil and white wine sauce.
Involtini di Bresaola
Air dried beef folded and filled with soft cheese on a bed of rocket topped with drizzle of olive oil.

Pan fried chicken breast topped with ham, aubergine, mozzarella cheese and a touch of Napoli sauce.
Salmone Toscana***
Fillet of salmon cooked in white wine sauce served on a bed of linguine Arrabbiata.

Pan fried fillet of seabass finished in white wine sauce, served on a bed of fine chopped Mediterranean vegetables.
Filetto al pepe***
Fillet steak cooked to your liking and topped with peppercorn sauce.
